This project involved the complete renovation and rejuvenation of an existing hotel with basic facilities into new and modern steel, glass stone and rendered brickwork family hotel. Dinning accommodation evolved from 40 seats to 250 seats with further 100 alfresco seating. Kitchen and Bar areas were completely refurbished while trading was maintained. This was difficult project to work through within the ten months construction time frame. The result is a functional and attactive alternative for family dining and entertainment for the Hallidays Point Area.
