Emmaus Village Port Macquarie

At Reeman Constructions, we recently had the privilege of partnering with Emmaus Village in Port Macquarie to deliver essential restoration works following a severe hailstorm that caused extensive roof damage.

Emmaus Village provides a warm, homelike setting for residents living with dementia, and it was our priority to ensure the restoration works were carried out safely, respectfully, and with minimal disruption to residents and staff.

Our scope included a complete reroofing of the facility, alongside upgrades to the stormwater and hydraulic systems to improve long-term durability and performance.

Working within a live care environment presented unique challenges, requiring detailed planning, close coordination, and a flexible approach to ensure daily operations could continue uninterrupted.

The project also involved intricate scaffolding design and installation, as well as crane operations to safely manage large material lifts within the confined site.

In addition to the external works, our team completed small internal rectification tasks, ensuring all affected areas were restored to their original quality and functionality.
